Two Hours Delayed

Thank God the winter snowstorm has finally stopped at 4 pm yesterday. Schools were closed for children's safety. I did not let the kids play in the snow this time because they easily get sick when exposed to too much cold. I don't want them to miss school so they just played indoors. They have been watching cartoons, made paper planes and played with their toys while my husband watched tv all day. He also have to stay home since he is sick. He did not need to shovel since Caleb is there to do it. I am glad I did not need to do that thing too. We are waiting for the school bus to come as it will be two hours delayed today. The kids are up and ready two hours ago but I just let them watch tv to settle themselves down and wait. It is supposed to be sunny today so perhaps the snow will melt and vanish soon. I hope this will be the last snowstorm of the season.

Old Navy On Sale

I went to shop for some clothes for the kids at old navy last week. They had 50 percent off on top of the discounted items. How exciting was that. Now Old navy has their fundamental sale. The basics are on sale at amazing prices. My husband was in the mood to shop with me and I was glad about it since it seldom happens. We also replaced the ironing board cover. Bed, bath and beyond was just right beside old navy store. Since I was not able to get anything from old navy because the coat I targeted to buy was out of stock already we went to Annie Sez. I got a nice corduroy pants instead of getting a coat. He told me that we will just get a coat in the weekend.

Shopping at Kohl's

We went to Kohl's last Monday since we got a 30% off discount coupon on top of their already on sale items. We got some winter coats for the kids that were 80% off. Heaven got a pink Nike coat and James go an xposure coat. I also got a Lee denim pants with very comfortable fit and a Fila sweatshirt. I was so glad that my husband was in the mood shopping for us yesterday. For good deals like this, it is really good to grab it. Everytime we go to Kohl's I always end up shopping more than one thing since I am always tempted to buy some stuff that has good prices.

Rite Aid Pharmacy is a walk away from home. Most of the time I shop there. I love their 50% off book sales. I wrapped some book gifts for my kids last Christmas which I got there. They also have clearance items on sale that can be bought at 50-75% off. We got stuff toys for 75% last week. Isn't that amazing. We just got it for $1.99. They have hot buy circulars that you can go and check online before you go to the store. I also love their cosmetics section where I have bought a lot of on sale items. My New 10MP Kodak Camera

I was able to get a 10mp 3x zoom Kodak Camera for 89bucks at Target last Black Friday. It was really a good deal. I really love this camera. I have an old Olympus but the lcd is so small. This new one has a big lcd so you won't have a hard time taking pictures. It is very portbale too. The nicest thing about it is you don't need aa batteries. It comes with a small battery. All you need to do is recharge it by plugging it it. Cool features right?;-) You ca never get this price now as it was on a special sale. Everytime I look at the electronic store sale papers it would always come out higher than the price I got it then. I already took pictures with it and they really come out great. I'm so happy I have this new gadget.
